A moped owned by popular model Lena Fujii (24) was repeated cited for illegal parking over 70 times with fines totally over 600,000 yen that have gone unpaid.

Fujii told reporters who managed to flag her down that that she wasn't sure about the violations since she had loaned the bike to a friend (yeah, right...).

A letter demanded payment of over 600,000 yen in fines has been sent repeatedly to her home but Fujii also said she had no idea about this (yeah, right...) nor had she discussed it with her management who I presume is the legal owner of the place she is staying in.

Most humorously after Fujii's encounter with reporters, they watched her drive off on her moped which she had parked in the no parking zone which generated all those previous citations (LOL and facepalm moment). In the future, the Tokyo Public Safety Commission said that if future violation fines are not paid, they plan to place a lien on her assets and seize them as allowed under the Road Traffic Law.
